Westview Co-op Food Store – 1624 33rd Street West, Saskatoon, SK

This 52,000 square foot new build includes a concrete foundation and steel superstructure to accommodate greater spans of structural members to accommodate a open-concept floor plan. The building features two mezzanines, one for the mechanical equipment and one for office space, which both feature steel framing and a recessed loading dock area for deliveries.  The final product took 10 months to construct and is the largest Co-op Food Store in Saskatchewan.
