Prairie Meadow Place + Averon Prairie Place

The main floor and lower level of this wood-framed, 3-storey structure houses Prairie Meadow Place, an assisted living facility designed to house 20 residents. The facility features common living space, individual rooms for residents and a multi-faith chapel.

Averon Prairie Place is located on the upper two floors and features 12 independent-living condominium units with underground parking stalls for each unit. To accommodate the underground parkade, the main floor was designed utilizing a suspended slab foundation.
