Martensville City Hall
This approximately 11,000 square foot building, finished in 2013, was constructed next door to the former City Hall on Centennial Drive in Martensville and was meant to better represent the vibrancy of the rapidly growing bedroom community located just outside of Saskatoon. REM were the structural consultants for this wood-framed building constructed with a pile and grade beam foundation.
