Kensington Flats – 545 Hassard Close, Saskatoon, SK

Kensington Flats is located in the Kensington neighbourhood on the west end of Saskatoon. Our project team provided structural design services for this 3-storey, 63 unit condominium featuring an underground parkade. Our engineers chose to support the main floor over the parkade with structural steel rather than the more conventional usage of concrete as it is more cost effective. Modular construction is becoming more commonplace as it is more efficient, cost effective and environmentally friendly than conventional construction.
