Hilltops Football Team Clubhouse – 1620 Kilburn Avenue, Saskatoon

REM served as structural consultants for this new $3.2 million, 10,000 square foot clubhouse for the Saskatoon Hilltops Junior Canadian Football Team.  Our scope of work included design for the pile and grade beam foundation, wood-framed superstructure and lean-to patio. The new building includes several upgrades including film rooms, a directors’ room, a weight room and a more spacious locker room, and replaces the former clubhouse, originally built in 1950.
