Diamond Central Plaza

Rempel Engineering designed the pile and grade beam foundation and interior mezzanine for this wood-framed building constructed in 2013, located at 110 Central Street East in Warman. The mixed-purpose building was designed to accommodate both retail and corporate tenant spaces and currently features four retail spaces on the main floor and two office spaces on the second floor with a large open mezzanine with possibility for future development.
