This duplex on Saskatchewan Crescent in Saskatoon is owned and designed by an architect who wanted stairs leading to the second floor that were both aesthetically unique and structurally sound.  To achieve this REM designed steel stairs that cantilever out of the walls creating this unique and eye-catching result.
