404 Cartwright Street

404 Cartwright Street is a 32-unit, 3 storey condominium building in the upscale Willows neighbourhood of Saskatoon.   This building features a concrete superstructure to accommodate the builder’s request for a thinner floor system allowing for higher ceilings in the units.  Below-grade, our engineers’ designed the foundation and 1 storey underground parkade.   We also designed a 2 way cantilever for the balconies rather than the typical columns to help Valentino homes achieve their aesthetic vision for the building for the 32 unit building.
