Landmark Cinemas – 157 Gibson Bend, Saskatoon

Our team provided full structural consulting services for this 780-seat movie theatre, located in the Brighton neighbourhood. Our team collaborated on the project with the design-build contractor, Miner’s Construction, resulting in a holistic design process planning for structural integrity and reduced cost of construction. Special considerations were given to the theater rooms to accommodate the tiered seating and projection room service platforms in the seven-screen complex.
