934 Saskatchewan Crescent East, Saskatoon, SK

Besides its’ stunning location 934 Saskatchewan Crescent East is distinctive because the location required the foundation to be designed on piles.  To accommodate the homeowners’ vision of an open floor plan on the main floor, our engineer designed several steel beams spanning over 30 feet in length.  Additional steel beams needed to be designed to support the roof by cantilever due to unique aesthetic features including glass glazing wrapping around the corner of the home.
